What You’ll Do

As an EPC Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Oversight: Ensure quality, safety, and progress of electrical engineering construction.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with construction teams, equipment manufacturers, and supervision units.
• Material & Equipment Management: Track electrical materials and equipment from procurement to installation.
• Contract & Compliance: Manage projects within contractual scope and oversee grid connection documentation.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct briefings, training, and organize third-party testing for electrical equipment.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Participate in weekly inspections and drive continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges proactively and support the project manager with ad-hoc tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: strong background in Solar or BESS projects
• Language: Fluent German speaker
• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about renewable energy
