Equipment Engineer (m/f/d) – ASML PAS-Stepper

What you will do

• Maintaining machine availability and carrying out repairs at the highest service level
• Definition and execution PM-Actions and intervals
• Processing line yield and equipment maintenance issues
• Maintenance and control of machine-specific master data (SAP)
• Maintenance and control of statistical machine data (SPC and APC)
• Initiating and managing KVP/OEE measures to improve performance and cost-saving measures
• Maintaining spare parts logistics including reporting of consumption and costs
• Participation in the implementation and release of new manufacturing processes
• Participation in the planning and installation of new equipment
• Organization and implementation of training measures for service employees
• Creating and maintaining machine-specific training content as well as maintenance and work instructions
• Moderation and collaboration in project and working groups

What you will need

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Relevant experience in the field of equipment maintenance on ASML PAS steppers
• Proof of ASML PAS5500 Maintenance Training Level 1+2
• Strong engineering work ethic with hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Advanced English language skills, confident communication with contractors and clients on all technical aspects
• In-depth knowledge of IT, data analysis and visualization
