Tasks & Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ERP projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, define goals, project scope, and customization options.
• Manage resources including budget, software, and licenses; create schedules with prioritizations, milestones, and deadlines.
• Ensure effective communication and coordinate relevant project teams.
• Manage risks, monitor project progress, and oversee costs and quality requirements.
• Document project progress, report to stakeholders, and ensure successful project acceptance and evaluation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Successfully completed studies in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in planning and executing IT projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and consulting with clients.
• Good command of German and English.
