Responsibilities:

• Responsible for workplace design, optimization, and ensuring occupational health and safety within your area.
• Review qualifications and plan worker deployment in your area.
• Prepare work for the area.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality work completion of welding orders, including completeness and work result checks.
• Communicate directly with the supervisor (m/f/d), coordinate with interfaces at shop floor level, and lead shop floor meetings with workers (m/f/d).

Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic in welding technology (m/f/d).
• Knowledge of various welding techniques and mastery of multiple welding processes.
• Several years of professional experience and, ideally, forging skills.
• Initial experience with SAP and CAD programs.
• Team-oriented, with leadership willingness and an understanding of organization and process improvement from design to final product.
