Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for workplace design, optimization, and ensuring occupational health and safety within your area.
• You will review qualifications and plan worker deployment in your area.
• You prepare work for your area.
• You are responsible for completing welding orders on time, within budget, and to quality standards, including full documentation and work result checks.
• You communicate directly with the supervisor (m/w/d), coordinate with interfaces at the shop floor level, and lead shop floor meetings with workers (m/w/d).

Profile:

• You have completed vocational training as a construction mechanic with welding technology (m/w/d).
• You possess knowledge of various welding techniques and can operate multiple welding processes.
• You have gained several years of professional experience and ideally have forge knowledge.
• You have initial experience with SAP and CAD programs.
• You are a team player, have leadership skills, and understand organizing and improving process workflows from design to final product.
