Job Description:1. Conduct technical training to service agents or OEMs in order to improve technical and products competency.2. Develop and optimize training materials according to business needs and product upgrading.3.Business meeting with company clients, identifying customer training needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.4. Conclude the field technical experience and transfrom them into technical documents, like SOP, faulty case. Job Requirement:1、Basic knowledge of power battery and familiar with electrical principle2、Be able to use common tools and diagnosis tooling, like multi-meter, insulation tester, oscilloscope, and so on.3、Minimum 3 years working technical experience in automotive(electric mobility) , energy industry or high voltage battery maintenance field.4、Proficient in English, prioritize if handle other languages, like Spanish, French, Portuguese.5、Be integrity and a good team player, with excellent learning ability and self-motivated.
