Etsy/Digital Product Shop Consultant – Strategy, SEO & Marketing Funnel


Budget: $250–$350 | One-Time Project | Potential for Ongoing Work


Summary

I recently launched my first digital guide, now live on Etsy, and have begun testing Instagram, Pinterest, and email list-building. I’m looking for a Startup Consultant to help me refine my early-stage sales and marketing strategy, identify the right channels to prioritize, and create a clear, actionable roadmap for growth.



Deliverables (Core Scope)
• Audit of my current setup (Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, email list)
• Short roadmap (2–3 pages or a Loom video) outlining:
• Top 2–3 sales channels to prioritize now
• Suggested weekly/monthly marketing actions
• Growth opportunities (website, affiliates, partnerships, etc.)
• One 30–45 min call or Loom walkthrough of recommendations


Budget & Milestones
Core scope: $250–$350 fixed price
Milestones:
• Audit & Quick Findings ($100)
• Roadmap Draft ($100–$150)
• Final Call/Walkthrough ($50–$100)
• Optional Add-On: If the project expands in scope, budget can be adjusted further.


Ideal Freelancer
• Proven experience with startups, indie creators, or digital product shops
• Comfortable bridging business strategy with marketing execution
• Able to deliver clear, concise recommendations (not a 50-page report)


Bonus: Experience with Etsy SEO, funnel design, or email list growth
