EU Marketing Director

Overview

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and insightful Director of Marketing to lead AIKO Solar's branding and marketing initiatives across Europe. As the Regional Marketing Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate the adoption of AIKO's ABC modules in commercial & industrial, residential, and utility-scale segments, while strengthening AIKO's position as a "Technology Leader in the PV Industry."

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Market Insight: Analyze European PV market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer trends to develop and refine marketing strategies that highlight AIKO's strengths in technological innovation, product quality, and customer value.
• Brand Building: Partner with external influencers and content creators to develop compelling campaigns that build a premium technology brand image, emphasizing AIKO's commitment to disruptive innovation and leadership in advancing conversion efficiency.
• New Product Launch: Lead the European introduction of AIKO's high-power, high-quality ABC module innovations, including promotional planning, channel co-marketing, and advertising.
• Channel & Event Support: Manage local marketing teams across sub-regions to drive channel co-marketing, roadshows, and installer activities; lead the planning and execution of key exhibition projects such as Intersolar, with a focus on AIKO's premium products and solutions.
• Installer Marketing System Development: Establish and optimize installer-focused marketing strategies and partnership mechanisms. Lead the installer marketing team to build and manage installer communities to strengthen relationships and enhance installer loyalty to AIKO's brand and products.
• Media Relations & Public Perception: Cultivate strong media relationships, foster positive public sentiment, and support business development by communicating AIKO's quality-driven brand values.
• Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the development and optimization of AIKO's regional official websites in Europe. Lead targeted advertising campaigns and online digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand influence and customer acquisition through digital channels.

Qualifications

• Background: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Europe, with marketing expertise in the PV/energy sector. Candidates with both B2B and B2C experience are preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese and English is required. Proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or other European languages is advantageous.
• Professional Knowledge: Solid foundation in brand marketing theory and global marketing practices, with sensitivity to European cultural and media environments.
• Practical Experience: 10+ years of global marketing execution experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching new brands and driving market growth.
• Leadership & Communication: Outstanding leadership capabilities, team management skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
