EUC Support Engineer - Freelance

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other EUC peripherals.
Perform software installation, troubleshooting, system imaging, and patch management.
Support remote access tools including VPN, VDI, and MDM platforms.
Coordinate with central IT teams for escalations, service requests, and change implementations.
Maintain accurate service documentation, incident logs, and asset reports.
Travel to customer sites as required, including controlled or restricted access facilities (e.g., nuclear or industrial sites).
Adhere to all site-specific access, security, and safety protocols.

Mandatory Compliance & Certifications

• German Safety Passport (Sicherheitspass) – Must be physically carried on-site.
• Nuclear Site Clearance Level 1 (L1) – Issued by the German Ministry of Energy (for Germany-only assignments).
• Proof of Completed Legal Risk Assessment
• Health and Safety (HSE) Training Certificate
• PSE / PPE (Personal Safety Equipment) Kit – Must be available and used where required.
  Minimum kit includes: safety shoes, helmet, gloves, high-visibility vest, and protective eyewear (as per site requirement).
