Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events – from exclusive Masterminds to large conferences – ensuring structured preparation, execution, and follow‑up.
• Manage projects and provide support to the Senior Event Manager, overseeing timelines, budgets and processes.
• Select, negotiate and oversee service partners and suppliers to guarantee quality, clarity and cost efficiency.
• Assist with budget planning, invoice control and maintain transparency throughout the project life‑cycle.
• Maintain organisation, precision and a clear overview across all tasks.
• Deliver unforgettable experiences for participants through organisational excellence and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Completed education or degree in Event Management, Tourism, Communication or Marketing.
• 2–4 years of event‑management experience, ideally with large attendee numbers or complex workflows.
• Structured, precise, solution‑oriented work style.
• Reliability, resilience and ownership.
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment of close collaboration with colleagues, partners and suppliers.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
