Stellenbeschreibung:

Event Manager (m/w/d) – Hybrid in Berlin

jameda is Germany’s largest digital healthcare platform. Every month, millions of patients use our platform to find the right doctors, book appointments, and access transparent health information. Our goal: to make access to healthcare as easy as possible — for patients as well as for medical professionals. With Noa Notes we’re taking a major step forward in digitalising the administrative burden in medical practices. Noa Notes is an AI‑powered tool that automates medical documentation (e.g. doctor‑patient conversations, consultation notes, discharge summaries). During consultations the technology creates structured notes or transcribes dictations into the desired final format — accurately, securely, and in real time. This gives doctors more time for what really matters: direct interaction with their patients. As part of the Docplanner Group we collaborate with international teams to drive digital innovation in healthcare — developing smart, practical solutions that make everyday work noticeably easier.

Job Description

As Event Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of our trade fair and event presence across the DACH region — one of our most important sales channels. You will develop content concepts together with the team, bring back new ideas and trends from each event, and represent jameda & Noa Notes on‑site. You present confidently on stage, pitch our solutions in 1:1 settings, and collaborate closely with all departments to generate qualified leads and create tangible pipeline impact. As part of the Marketing team you’ll work hand in hand with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success.

Event & trade‑fair management

  • Annual and quarterly planning of the event portfolio (flagship trade fairs, congresses, specialist forums, partner formats).
  • End‑to‑end organisation: space/sponsorship booking, booth concept & vendor management, travel planning, on‑site flow.
  • Development & implementation of high‑impact activations (live demos, speaking slots, panels, raffles, meeting programmes).
  • Development of content concepts for B2B congresses, specialist forums, and industry events— with a feel for relevant trends & topics.
  • Budget ownership incl. forecast, cost control, and post‑calculation.
  • Independent planning & organisation incl. invitations, location, tech/AV, and catering coordination.
  • Setup and operation of efficient lead‑capture funnels (scanners, QR, forms) and appointment processes.

On‑site representation, pitching & sales

  • Confident product pitches and live demos—on stage, on panels, and 1:1.
  • Proactive preparation for and attendance of meetings with (potential) customers; support the sales team at the booth.
  • Passion for direct sales: proactive outreach, strong closing skills, and the drive to generate growth.

Analytics & reporting

  • Goal definition per event (leads, meetings, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI) and creation of structured post‑event reports.
  • Derivation of concrete action recommendations and continuous optimisation of the formats.

After 3 months…

  • Successful execution of the first events, including smooth on‑site operations.
  • Measurable contribution to pipeline & revenue through qualified leads & sales.
  • Established, scalable playbooks for pre‑/on‑site/post‑event processes.
  • Strong brand presence: visible speaking slots, high‑quality demos, positive stakeholder feedback.
  • On‑time & on‑budget delivery with clear ROI transparency.

Qualifications

What will help you succeed:

  • Completed degree (Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications) or comparable commercial training—career changers welcome.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B event/trade‑fair management—ideally in SaaS or a medical environment.
  • Proven end‑to‑end responsibility for larger trade‑fair appearances incl. budget management.
  • Very strong presentation and sales skills: you pitch confidently, conduct demos, and feel at ease in direct customer dialogue.
  • Passion for direct sales and a strong growth mindset; persistence, stamina, and closing strength.
  • High self‑motivation and strong communication skills in proactively approaching potential customers and introducing trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) and common event/lead‑capture solutions.
  • Structured, self‑reliant working style; strong results orientation.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50–70%, incl. occasional evenings/weekends).
  • Language: German at least C1; confident communication in English.

Nice to haves

  • HubSpot know‑how (workflows, lists, forms, reports) and marketing automation.
  • Experience in healthcare and in engaging with physicians/medical audiences.
  • Experience with responsibility for event budgets.
  • Experience with webinar/demo tools (e.g., Demodesk) and presentation design (PowerPoint/Keynote).
  • Class B driver’s licence.

This role will be based in our Berlin office.

Benefits

  • Healthcare insurance.
  • Wellness support including gym memberships and mental health resources.
  • Time off that counts – vacation, birthdays, and personal days.
  • ESOP after 6 months.
  • Local perks such as meal vouchers, transport allowances, or extended parental leave (depending on location).
  • Remote work and flexible hours with focus on results.
  • Access to a truly global team and cross‑functional growth opportunities.

  2. Hiring Manager Interview – meet Mesuna Drar, Marketing Team Lead Germany.
  3. Business Exercise – present your insights in a 60‑min session.
