Representing a Berlin-based AI company looking for a German-speaking Event Marketing Manager to own both strategy and execution of all things brand and events.
Representing a Berlin-based AI company looking for a German-speaking Event Marketing Manager to own both strategy and execution of all things brand and events.
What you’ll do
- Launch and own new formats such as roadshows, roundtables, and private events
- Manage suppliers, negotiate with vendors, and oversee all event logistics and merch planning
- Sync regularly with sales, marketing, and design to align messaging and goals
- Be hands-on at events: from setup to lead capture to post-event reporting.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years Event or field marketing experience in a software company
- Experience with large events such as conferences and trade shows
- Ability to travel to Berlin office once a week
- Excellent communication skills in German & English
