Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and realize national and international trade fair appearances – focus on key fairs such as the A+A Düsseldorf and large customer events.
• Oversee local headquarters – provide organizational leadership and ensure smooth event execution.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, international national representatives (PL, CH, FR, US) and external partners such as agencies, fair builders, hotels and service providers.
• Conceptualize digital event formats such as webinars, support stand‑alone mailings and assist with presentation and content creation.
• Handle budget planning and control for all event activities and ensure brand messaging and corporate identity are consistently applied.
• Measure success using relevant KPIs, analyze reach, leads and ROI and initiate optimization potentials.
• Develop new ideas and formats to continuously further develop the event strategy with the team.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Event Management, Marketing or Communications – or comparable qualification.
• Multi‑year experience in event management, ideally B2B and international fairs.
• Organizational talent with hands‑on mentality, structured work style and passion for live communication.
• Experience in collaborating with agencies, fair builders and service providers; secure handling of MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) or event or webinar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, assertiveness and enjoyment of inter‑cultural collaboration.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1); additional languages (Polish, French) welcomed.
• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for events completes your profile.
