In this unique, remote position, you’ll train AI to understand the intricacies of successful event planning, using your hands-on experience to shape digital solutions for the meetings and conventions industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide AI development by sharing expert knowledge of the end-to-end planning process for conventions, conferences, and corporate events.
• Review, assess, and curate datasets covering budgeting, vendor management, and logistics.
• Provide real-world scenarios in contingency planning, site selection, and client communications.
• Ensure AI training reflects industry standards in compliance, safety, and attendee satisfaction.
• Collaborate in building robust workflows for event scheduling, contracting, and post-event analysis.
• Document and explain planning strategies, escalation paths, and on-site coordination techniques.
• Contribute to evolving AI models with insights on maintaining exceptional attendee experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in meeting planning, event coordination, or conference production.
• Deep understanding of vendor negotiation, budget management, logistical performance tracking, and post-event review.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to clearly document and relay complex processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling, documentation, and managing multifaceted event workflows.
• Experience balancing multiple stakeholders and ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to provide actionable feedback and contribute to collaborative team environments.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital event management tools or CRM platforms.
• Background in training staff, developing process documentation, or workflow optimization.
