Job Overview:
We are looking for a videographer to capture the atmosphere, key moments, and people at our Women Automotive Summit in Ludwigsburg, Germany on 7th October 2025 (08:00 – 20:30).

The goal is to create engaging social media videos for Instagram & LinkedIn while also capturing general event footage and short interviews for future use.


Scope of Work:
🎥 Social Media Content (priority)
• Capture short, dynamic clips of stage interviews, networking, and award moments.
• Record quick, on-the-spot interviews with speakers/attendees.
• Edit and share short-form content during the event for live posting.

🎥 General Event Coverage
• Capture b-roll footage of the venue, branding, networking, and awards.
• Record several short-form sit-down/stand-up interviews with speakers.
• Provide all raw footage after the event for potential future edits.


What We’re Looking For:
• A videographer with a social-first mindset (comfortable creating Instagram/LinkedIn style content).
• Able to work with lightweight equipment (gimbal, mic, DSLR/smartphone).
• Skilled in capturing natural, authentic moments, not just staged shots.
• Based in Germany or willing to travel to Ludwigsburg.
• Professional, reliable, and flexible throughout the day.


Deliverables:
• A set of edited short-form videos suitable for same-day posting on social media.
• Full set of raw footage (b-roll + interviews).
