Events Assistant

Are you based in Dusseldorf and looking for some temp work over the summer?
This is a lovely role spanning 7 full days in which you will be based at the Messe Exhibition Centre. Our client is a large UK based company needing 5 people who will be based at their company stand, to look after potential clients. You will use German and English, hand out information, get contact names and numbers, and generally be the first point of contact for visitors attending this stand. It’s a nice role and would suit a graduate looking to earn some money over the summer.

TITLE: German speaking Events Assistant
Location: Messe Exhibition Centre, Düsseldorf
Dates: 29th August – 4th September (7 full days)
Pay: €175 per day (total of Eu 1,225 for 7 days work )

This role is busy and also fun . You will need to be bilingual German and English to speak to potential customers attending the event and asking for information. The stand will be inside the Messe Düsseldorf Exhibition centre , which showcases new tech businesses. You will help an international team and engaging directly with visitors on a face-to-face basis

Duties:

• Welcoming and engaging with visitors at the stand (face to face contact)
• Handing out information regarding a an innovative (and easy-to-explain) tech product
• Providing customer assistance in German
• Representing the brand with professionalism and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Fluent German and English
• Availability for the full duration: 29th August – 4th September, 9:30am – 6:00pm daily
