Your skillset - as strong as our protein

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on office management, real estate management, or hospitality
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in a comparable role within an executive or management environment
  • Experience in organizing complex workflows and advantageous knowledge in project or real estate management
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Discreet, loyal, and reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Structured and proactive work style with a high standard of quality
  • Professional, confident demeanor and enthusiasm for a diverse range of responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support (e.g., events or real estate projects)
  • Class B driver’s license

Strategic and Operational Support for the Management

  • Provide both strategic and operational assistance to the executive management in day-to-day business activities
  • Independently organize and prioritize appointments, meetings, travel, and events
  • Plan, prepare, and follow up on meetings, including the creation of decision documents, presentations, and reports
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders – both nationally and internationally
  • Confidently prepare, process, and manage confidential documents and contracts
  • Take responsibility for scheduling, deadline monitoring, and efficient coordination of open tasks
  • Contribute to corporate communication projects, PR activities, and special initiatives driven by the management
Real Estate Management & Project Coordination
  • Support the operational and administrative management of the company’s and CEO’s real estate portfolio
  • Coordinate maintenance, renovation, and repair work in collaboration with external service providers
  • Monitor lease agreements, payments, and service charge statements
  • Maintain property records, contracts, and official documentation
  • Liaise with property managers, contractors, tenants, and public authorities
  • Assist with investment, acquisition, or sales projects in the real estate sector
Daily Coordination & Business Support
  • Plan and coordinate the CEO’s private appointments, events, and travel
  • Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare all relevant travel documents
  • Ensure smooth operations and organization in both the professional and personal spheres
