Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It consists of five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and retailers for refurbished bikes. With our continuous profitable growth and expansion, we are on an exciting technical transformation journey. As Executive Assistant (gn) , you’ll be a key partner to our management team, laying the groundwork for smart decisions and sustainable growth. You’ll manage schedules and travel arrangements, prioritize complex topics, and ensure that critical information reaches the right people at the right time. With your organizational skills and strategic mindset, you’ll keep things running smoothly and play an active role in driving our company’s success. Sounds like a great fit? • You support our Management Team as a trusted administrative partner at our Munich office
• You organize and prioritize complex calendars, including scheduling and travel planning across multiple time zones
• You keep track of the Management Team’s open to-dos and ensure deadlines and commitments are met
• You take ownership of efficient meeting and project management – from agenda setting and briefings to the preparation and follow-up of relevant management meetings
• You handle communication on behalf of the Management Team with internal and external stakeholders
• You ensure smooth office operations, e.g. by coordinating supply orders, managing business correspondence, and acting as the interface to landlords and IT service providers
• In addition to classic assistant tasks, you independently manage exciting projects – such as organizing company events or supporting confidential matters of the Management Team

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field
• You bring initial professional experience in a dynamic environment – ideally already as an Executive Assistant
• You are highly organized and multitasking is one of your strengths. With analytical thinking and a strong execution mindset, you keep a clear overview even when priorities shift quickly
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You are digitally savvy and quickly adapt to new tools
• You communicate confidently in both German and English
• Independence, proactivity, and conscientiousness characterize your working style – you approach new topics with enthusiasm
• You love taking responsibility and thrive in the fast-paced energy of a dynamic environment
