We are Velur, a fast-growing luxury jewelry brand specializing in engagement rings and fine jewelry. Known for our exceptional craftsmanship, breathtaking designs, and uncompromising quality, we are expanding rapidly and are now looking for a dedicated Digital Assistant to the CEO.




This is not a typical assistant role – you will become the right hand of the CEO, helping to drive the brand to the next level. You will work closely with me (the founder & CEO), supporting across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities


You will support in a wide variety of tasks, including (training provided for everything):
• Content Creation & Editing
  • Create and edit simple visuals in Canva
  • Assist with TikTok & Instagram content preparation and posting
  • Help manage social media scheduling & engagement


• E-Commerce & Website
  • Upload products to WooCommerce / WordPress
  • Update product descriptions, images, and tags
  • Assist with SEO basics and category management


• Operations & Admin
  • Assist with email management, follow-ups, and simple customer inquiries
  • Coordinate product information, files, and documentation
  • Support with data entry and daily business tasks


• Personal Assistant Tasks
  • Be available and responsive when needed (availability is very important for me)
  • Act as my personal digital right hand for both business & small ad-hoc tasks

Requirements


• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus, not required)
• Solid knowledge of Canva, Instagram, TikTok, WooCommerce, WordPress
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and reliable
• Ability to edit simple visuals & content (not advanced design work)
• Flexible and highly responsive – availability and fast communication is key
• A proactive mindset, able to handle different types of tasks with precision
