Responsibilities

  • Organize the CEO's agenda and calendar, and manage office-relevant procedures (e.g., travel booking, expenses, administrative duties).
  • Manage a challenging fashion calendar and support a smooth company-wide meeting cascade for all departments.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming requests and efficiently manage ongoing communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the planning of key events requiring the CEO's presence (e.g., team events, advisory boards, offsites).
  • Oversee the office management team, help build new processes and procedures, and assist in maintaining existing systems.
  • Handle administrative duties related to external stakeholders (e.g., signature processes, banks, tax office).
  • Confidently handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Assist with the creation of important reports and presentations.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years in a similar role, supporting and assisting top management.
  • Strong process and project management skill set.
  • Service mindset with high drive, a can-do attitude, and a hands-on approach.
  • Positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); German is not required.
