Stellenbeschreibung:

I’m looking for a skilled designer who can create high-converting static images for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to promote my mobile app.



The ideal candidate:
• Has proven experience designing static ads for mobile apps on Meta Ads
• Understands the difference between engagement ads and conversion-focused creatives
• Knows how to design ads that drive app installs and subscriptions
• Can deliver multiple variations (different layouts, copy placements, backgrounds, CTA styles) for testing
• Pays attention to detail (ad sizes, text-to-image ratio, Meta policies compliance)


Deliverables:
• 5–7 static ad creatives (optimized for Facebook & Instagram placements: feed, stories, reels cover)
• Source files (Figma/PSD) and export in required formats
• Designs aligned with app branding but optimized for conversion performance


Bonus if you have:
• Experience with other subscription/productivity apps
• Knowledge of A/B testing best practices for Meta Ads
