    UI/UX Designer Job Description
    Job Description:
We, an IT consulting firm, aim to optimize and enhance our existing B2B website. The site currently serves mainly business audiences, but we are now adding a Course Shop, which shifts the site’s purpose to engage individual learners as well as organizations.

This is not a rebrand or a rebuild. We already have a draft concept outlining desired functionalities and UI/UX components. Your role is to elevate that draft into a polished, professional design system that respects our current brand while expanding it.

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to deliver two workstreams in parallel:
Top Priority: Add a Course Shop to the current site.
In Parallel: Apply visual and structural enhancements to the main website and create a new blog section.

Timeline: Ultra-rapid delivery — 6 days total, with a first iteration due by Day 4 (Course Shop).
    1) Course Shop — Top Priority
    • Conversion-first landing:
      • Clear promise (Learn. Advance. Succeed.)
      • Simple audience toggle (For me / For my organization)
      • Obvious next steps (Browse courses · Get a quote)
      • Prominent search and immediate trust signals (client logos, outcomes)
    • Content hierarchy that scans fast:
      • Popular categories up top
      • Crisp course cards
      • Concise microcopy that removes purchase anxiety
    • For Business/Education, visibly early:
      • Dedicated block explaining bulk training, invoicing, cohort options
      • Decisive CTAs (Get a quote · Talk to an advisor · See bulk pricing)
    • Effortless discovery:
      • Helpful, lightweight filters with sensible defaults
      • Save/compare for later
      • Friendly empty states and progressive disclosure instead of long pages
    • Course detail that answers real questions:
      • Outcomes, who it’s for, syllabus, time/effort, prerequisites
      • Upcoming sessions, FAQs, social proof
    • Pricing that’s easy to grasp:
      • Individual · Team · Enterprise tiers
      • Clear seat savings and VAT/invoice clarity
    • Lightweight quote experience:
      • Quick slide-over form
      • Clear reassurance on next steps
      • Option to download a one-pager for internal sharing
    • Mobile-first polish:
      • Thumb-friendly layout
      • Sticky CTAs that never get in the way
      • Search always within reach
    • Visual language:
      • Premium, clean typography
      • Confident spacing
      • Consistent cards and buttons
      • Restrained color with brand accents
      • Accreditation badges treated with dignity
    • Inclusive by design:
      • Comfortable contrast, readable sizes
      • Clear focus states, plain-language labels
      • Smooth and unsurprising interactions
    • Design acceptance (shop/landing):
      • Above-the-fold speaks to both individuals and organizations; toggle meaningfully reshapes CTAs
      • Trust is established within the first scroll
      • The Business/Education block appears early (no deep scrolling required)
      • Starting a quote never leaves the page and clearly sets expectations
      • On mobile, a new visitor can find three relevant courses in under 30 seconds
      • Pricing is understandable at a glance; course detail resolves top questions within two scrolls
      • The overall look/feel is consistent, premium, and unmistakable
    • Timeline (design milestones):
      • Day 2: Moodboards, visual direction, low-fi wires for landing/key flows, first-pass UI kit
      • Day 4 (first iteration): Hi-fi landing (desktop & mobile), course cards, course detail, quote panel, Business/Education section
      • Day 6: Refinement, microcopy, click-through prototype, handoff notes
    2) Website Optimization
    • Apply the new visual language site-wide for a unified, modern feel
    • Clarify navigation (Shop, For Business/Education, Resources/Blog, About/Contact)
    • Improve page rhythm and readability; reduce cognitive load on key pages
    3) Blog
    • Inviting blog landing with clear topics and simple filtering
    • Article templates that read beautifully: comfortable line length, strong headings, pull-quotes, related reads
    • Visual and tonal consistency with the shop and main site
    Key Design Expectations
    • Not a complete rebrand: Build on and optimize the existing identity; keep the brand recognizable.
    • Audience shift: Maintain B2B credibility while adding an appealing experience for individuals.
    • Component-driven: Create reusable design elements for scalability.
    • Mobile-first: Ensure seamless usability across devices.
    • Professional finish: Clean, modern, polished look that increases conversion and trust.
