Email Designer & Klaviyo Builder for E-Commerce




About us

We’re a boutique retention marketing agency for e-commerce brands. We grow customer LTV through email, WhatsApp, and data-driven personalization across multiple client accounts.

Role

We’re hiring an Email Designer who also implements directly in Klaviyo. This is not an image-slicing role—you’ll design and build responsive emails and flows using Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor (and light custom HTML/CSS when needed).




What you’ll do

• Design high-converting campaigns and automated flows
• Build responsive templates directly in Klaviyo; create reusable systems
• QA across devices/clients and optimize for deliverability & mobile
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts
• Collaborate with Retention Marketing Managers on strategy & testing



What you bring

• 3+ years email design (preferably e-com)
• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo building (not just designing)
• Portfolio with shipped email work (ideally Klaviyo examples)
• Figma/Adobe/Canva proficiency; strong grasp of conversion best practices
• Responsive design know-how; basic HTML/CSS for email a plus
• Detail-obsessed, proactive, reliable communicator; thrives with deadlines



Nice to have

Accessibility know-how,
A/B testing chops,
Omnisend/ActiveCampaign experience,
prior agency/multi-brand experience.
