Responsibilities

• Leading international customer research projects such as Web intercepts (from project ideation to study design and international roll‑out)
• Close collaboration with international internal stakeholders (e.g. country CX teams, data privacy/legal team, HR team, Marketing team, etc.)
• Prioritisation, assignment and execution of international CX projects
• Managing external partners (e.g. market research agencies)
• Customer data analysis, insight generation and definition of action items
• Support the preparation and facilitation of Service Design Workshops and the Customer Journey creation

Qualifications

• Ideally a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on marketing, communications or market/consumer research
• Ideally first practical experience in the field of Customer Experience/Insights, Market Research or Marketing
• Experience working with different stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience with JIRA
• Good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
• Ideally Tableau skills
• Proactive approach to work
• Team player (m/f/d)
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English

As part of the Global Customer Experience Team, you will be the point of contact for internal CX‑related requests and work closely with several internal and external stakeholders in a predominantly English‑speaking environment.
