What You Can Expect

• You develop and manage Power BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and semantic models using best practices.
• You apply automated testing and governance standards to ensure data quality and reliable BI delivery.
• You manage Power BI workspaces and implement deployment pipelines, access control, and Git-based versioning.
• You integrate Git for version control and collaborate on deployment workflows within DBT, Snowflake and Power BI workspaces.
• You build and maintain data transformation pipelines using DBT and Snowflake, ensuring efficient, scalable, and testable ELT processes.
• You design robust semantic models and dimensional data structures optimized for performance and business understanding.

Requirements

• You have experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions, from raw data to data delivery.
• You have implemented automated testing processes to ensure data quality, model accuracy, and consistent BI delivery.
• You have hands-on experience managing Power BI workspaces, deploying pipelines, and using Git for version control.
• You apply Power BI development best practices and governance standards to deliver clean, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
• You have practical experience using Git for source control in BI projects, including branching strategies and collaborative workflows across Power BI, DBT, and Snowflake.
• You have practical experience building ETL processes.
• You are skilled in designing semantic models and dimensional data structures that reflect complex business logic and optimize performance.
• You have proven experience collaborating with interdisciplinary agile teams with a product mindset.
• You are proactive with strong communication skills and motivation.
• You are available to be in the office 2 times per week.
• You are fluent in English for business purposes.
• Optional: You have professional experience with DBT and Snowflake to build scalable, testable, and well-documented ELT pipelines.
• Optional: You are fluent in German for business purposes.
