Stellenbeschreibung:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Voice Agent Expert for a freelance collaboration with Galvanek Bau GmbH, a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector in Germany.


Your main mission: build, deploy, and optimize a sophisticated, human-like, German-speaking outbound AI voice agent to qualify leads and schedule appointments.


Your Responsibilities:
• Design and script natural, effective, and human-like conversational dialogues in German.
• Develop and deploy the outbound AI voice agent using a state-of-the-art platform (e.g., Bland.ai, VAPI, Twilio, or your preferred stack).
• Integrate the agent seamlessly with our CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel) via API.
• Handle advanced conversational features, including interruption handling, latency optimization, and dynamic responses.
• Set up and manage outbound calling campaigns triggered by our workflows.
• Monitor the agent's performance, analyze call data and transcripts, and continuously iterate to improve its effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Create clear documentation for the setup.


Requirements:
• Crucially, you must have proven, hands-on experience in building and deploying at least one German-speaking outbound AI voice agent.
• Deep understanding of conversational AI, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
• Proficiency with leading voice AI platforms and tools.
• Strong ability to write effective and natural-sounding dialogue scripts in German.
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and connecting AI agents to CRM systems.
• You must be a native German speaker OR fluent in English with a portfolio that proves you can build flawless, natural-sounding German agents.
