Join EY-Parthenon as a Consultant in IT and Digital Ecosystems (Financial Services) (w/m/d) and work on transformative projects in a dynamic environment.

We advise CEOs, boards, and private equity firms on strategic transactions, digital transformations, and market expansions across various industries, focusing on data-driven insights and AI technologies.

Our Financial Services team supports banks, insurers, and asset managers in navigating a rapidly changing landscape through innovative strategies and digital initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Consult established banks and insurance companies on transactions involving IT architecture, data separation, migration, and digital ecosystems such as new sales channels like apps.
• Conduct market analyses, strategic reviews, due diligence, synergy assessments, carve-outs, integrations, and restructuring projects.
• Advise clients on API strategies, including interface architecture design, API framework selection, and backend operational processes.
• Develop and evaluate cloud-native architectures, container frameworks, security strategies, infrastructure sourcing, and IT development processes.
• Support clients with payments, digital banking ecosystems, digital ID, and participate in industry meetups, hackathons, and conferences.

Your Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Practical experience (internships or working student positions) in business, IT, or operations within consulting firms, banks, insurance companies, FinTech startups, or other financial service providers.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).
