\"Meeting the Challenges of Chronic Age-Related Diseases in Rural Areas\" Youth development program
University Medicine Greifswald (UMG) invites applications for Clinician Scientist positions within the interdisciplinary Clinician Scientist Program (CSP) "Meeting the Challenges of Chronic Age-Related Diseases in Rural Areas". The program is designed to integrate clinical training with scientific research, enabling participants to pursue specialist medical qualifications and achieve habilitation or equivalent academic accomplishments.
The program emphasizes UMG’s core research areas of Community Medicine, Molecular Medicine and Digital Health. A particular focus lies in the translation of scientific findings into healthcare practice, especially in rural and underserved regions.
Note: A German license to practice medicine (Approbation) is required by the official program start date on April 1st 2026.
