Responsibilities

1. Maintenance, support, and network integration focusing on SAP
2. System administration and support
3. Ensuring system availability, documenting, and troubleshooting issues

Qualifications

Required:

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• Independent and structured working style
• Strong communication skills, helpfulness, and enjoyment in teamwork
• Class B driver's license
• Basic knowledge in second-level support, system support, administration, and management

Preferred:

• Advanced knowledge in user consulting and support (IT)
