Are you looking for a diverse training program where you can learn a lot, take responsibility from the start, and have fun? The team at 360 Grad IT GmbH is looking for you as an apprentice (m/w/d)! As a full-service IT system house, we passionately work every day to provide our customers with the best comprehensive IT service – secure, reliable, and personal. We are offering an apprenticeship position at our headquarters in the heart of Munich starting from 01.09.2025.

Responsibilities

• Learn about analysis and development of server systems and networks
• Consult and support our customers in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support
• Assist in the operation of server and network infrastructures
• Configure firewalls and other security measures
• Plan and implement complex IT system solutions and document them
• And much more :)

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for computer technology
• Enjoy working in a team and independently solving problems
• Service orientation and excellent German language skills are necessary as you'll work directly with customers
