Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level support to our craft industry clients via phone, email, or remote access.
• Analyze complex error scenarios and independently find technical solutions.
• Install updates, perform database analyses, and plan adjustments.
• Document issues thoroughly and escalate topics to development & product management when necessary.
• Optional: Conduct online customer training sessions (if you wish).

Qualifications

• Completed training in IT or comparable experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft systems, networks, and ideally SQL.
• Structured working style, high customer orientation, and team spirit.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
