Responsibilities

• Second Level Support in Break & Fix (hardware and software)
• Onsite support tasks for Windows, iOS, network, and telecommunications
• Handling IT support tickets
• Supporting end-users at the TechBar
• Managing tickets with high SLA requirements

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a related IT degree with experience in Break & Fix
• Experience in direct end-user support
• Knowledge of current Windows OS and iOS
• Proficiency with standard applications (Office, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience with Windows Active Directory
• Good English skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
