We are seeking to strengthen our technical team with IT System Administrators (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Participate in exciting projects to support our clients with tailored hardware and software solutions.
• Maintain existing network infrastructures, design, implement, and manage network components, firewall, and proxy systems.
• Support our clients and resolve issues in 2nd-level support, including on-site assistance if necessary.
• Assist in internal projects to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Profile

• Team player with a background in information technology, e.g., completed training as a Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) for system integration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Sophos-XG and XGS hardware is preferred.
• Organized, able to maintain overview, and motivated to work independently.
• Hands-on mentality with a knack for creative solutions.
• Animal-friendly, comfortable with dogs in the office.
• Additional Cisco certifications are advantageous.
