We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator (m / f / d) -Fixed Term Contract for our INtegrated Facilities Management team in Leipzig.

Your tasks

  • Serve as primary contact for facility inquiries and issues
  • Process 200 daily customer reports annually
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs and building system improvements (HVAC electrical plumbing)
  • Manage vendor relationships service contracts and SLA performance
  • Conduct building inspections safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Optimize space allocation utilization and workspace layouts
  • Maintain floor plans occupancy data and desk booking systems
  • Manage office equipment / furniture inventory and procurement
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management and tracking systems
  • Plan and execute relocations (small-scale to full office moves)
  • Manage space decommissioning / recommissioning and furniture installation
  • Develop and manage facilities budget; identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Lead facility improvement projects and renovations
  • Process invoices purchase orders and prepare financial reports
  • Implement sustainability and energy-saving initiatives
  • Maintain emergency response plans and conduct safety training
  • Support event logistics and planning
  • Manage facility management software and smart building technologies

Your profile

  • Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years facilities management experience (corporate environment preferred)
  • Proven office move management experience across various scales
  • Strong building systems and maintenance knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office CAFM software and CAD / space planning tools
  • Fluent German and English (written / spoken)
  • Excellent project management, communication and vendor negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations
