Picture Yourself At Pega
As a Growth Account Executive, you will be a strategic business advisor and innovation catalyst, partnering with 15-20 new enterprise clients across your geographical territory. You'll excel at identifying and penetrating large organizations within but also outside the traditional Pega reference industries, demonstrating how our AI-led platform creates transformational value. Through hands-on, experiential selling approaches, you'll guide prospects through our GenAI innovations including Pega Buddies, Coach, and Blueprint, showing them real-time how their work can be revolutionized through intelligent automation. What You'll Do At Pega
- Identify and penetrate 15-20 new strategic enterprise accounts within your assigned geographical territory, focusing on industries and companies outside traditional Pega reference sectors. Proactively engage and make offers to prospective new logos.
- Leverage creative prospecting techniques and AI-powered insights to break into large organizations and establish executive-level relationships.
- Demonstrate Pega's agentic AI capabilities through experiential selling, getting prospects hands-on with our GenAI innovations to accelerate their understanding of transformational value.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across target organizations.
- Develop and execute territory strategies that maximize new business generation opportunities within your geography's most important industries.
- Utilize predictive analytics and AI-guided selling tools to optimize pipeline development, RFP responses and accelerate deal progression.
- Collaborate with our innovative EMEA team to pilot new approaches and share market insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Pega's ecosystem to create compelling value propositions that resonate with prospects' specific business challenges.
Who You Are
A results-driven enterprise software sales professional with a hunter mentality, passionate about breaking into new markets and excited by the possibilities of agentic AI. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at creative prospecting, and are energized by the challenge of introducing transformational technology to organizations ready for AI-led innovation. You're eager to join a high-performing EMEA team that embraces experimentation and drives new market expansion.
You are fully business fluent in German and English. French could be a plus (potentially some Swiss targets). You are best based in Germany West (Cologne, Dortmund, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Mannheim) and are happy to work fully remote.
What You've Accomplished
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience with proven new business generation success
- Extensive direct enterprise software sales experience with focus on net-new client acquisition
- Track record of successfully penetrating large organizations and establishing executive relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in creative prospecting and territory development strategies
- Strong foundation in consultative selling with ability to articulate complex technology value propositions
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools and modern sales methodologies
- Knowledge of business automation, digital transformation, or enterprise software solutions
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-performing team environments
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills with C-level executives
- Passion for emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and automation
- Experience working across diverse industries and adapting solutions to various business contexts
- Track record of exceeding quota through new business development
- Collaborative approach with ability to contribute to team innovation and market insights.
