As they continue to grow their footprint in the German market, they are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing initiatives, drive awareness, and support the sales team in achieving commercial success.
Description
As Marketing Manager – Germany , you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to accelerate growth in the region. You will work closely with the Country Manager and global marketing teams to design and implement a localized strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Your mission will be to help generate and nurture leads for the sales team through a mix of digital campaigns , social media , and events , while improving brand awareness and preference in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaigns
- Build and manage the local marketing budget.
- Plan integrated campaigns throughout the fiscal year.
- Develop buyer journeys and select the most effective tactics.
- Collaborate with the DACH Product Marketing Manager to define campaign topics and messaging.
- Create or outsource content, ensuring SEO optimization.
- Drive, monitor, and analyze campaign performance.
- Report on key metrics and results.
- Partner with sales on lead scoring and funnel optimization.
- Web and Content
- Collaborate with global teams to manage local content on the company website and marketing materials.
- Communication
- Work with the global communication team to define and execute the local social media strategy.
- Identify relevant industry events and coordinate the company’s participation and presence.
- Testing, Iteration, and Reporting
- Share analysis, field feedback, and actionable recommendations with internal teams to accelerate learning and performance improvement.
Objectives
You will be measured on:
- The volume and quality of leads generated and nurtured for the sales team.
- Establishing local KPI benchmarks for marketing performance.
- Improving brand awareness and preference within the German market.
- Native German speaker and fluent in English .
- 5–7 years of experience in the SaaS or HRIS industry in Germany, with a successful background in marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ideally experienced in launching a foreign company’s presence in the German market.
- Curious, proactive, and results-oriented , with a strong desire to learn and take on challenges.
- Hands-on and operational — comfortable executing and adjusting tactics in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally and represent the company externally.
