Job Description

Lucca Software provides SaaS solutions to optimize administrative and HR processes. We have more than 8,700 clients and 1,400,000 users around the world (130 countries). Our goal is to increase productivity while providing a simple, efficient, and user-friendly experience.

Given our strong growth (40% per year on average) and ambitions, we are expanding our workforce. We currently have teams in France, Spain, Switzerland and now Germany (Munich).

Your role

Your main mission will be to help sales grow our business in Germany using a variety of marketing tactics including digital campaigns, social media, and events, supported by global marketing teams. You will report to the Country Manager, working closely with him to align marketing with pipeline growth. You will build a local strategy and roadmap to best serve our goals.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Build and manage budget
  • Plan integrated campaigns throughout the fiscal year
  • Create buyer journeys with the most efficient tactics
  • Work with the DACH PMM to define campaign topics and messaging
  • Create or outsource SEO-optimised content
  • Drive, adjust, and analyse campaigns
  • Report on performance and results
  • Work with sales on lead scoring

Web and Content

  • Manage local content on our website and marketing assets with global teams

Communication

  • Build and execute the local social media strategy with the global communication team
  • Identify events to attend and organise Lucca’s presence with the global communication team

Testing, Iterating, Learning, and Reporting

  • Share analysis, feedback from the field, and associated recommendations to accelerate learning

Objectives

  • Volume and quality of leads generated and nurtured for the sales team
  • Set up local KPI benchmarks
  • Improve brand awareness and preference in the German market

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with fluent English
  • 5-7 years of experience in the SaaS sector or HRIS industry in Germany with a successful marketing record
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience opening the German market for a foreign company
  • Curious, results-oriented, with a real desire to learn
  • Strong operational spirit: action-oriented and hands-on
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Adaptable team player, interested in collaborating with different cultures

Recruitment Process

  1. Phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager (30 minutes)
  2. Manager interview (60 minutes)
  3. Case study followed by a small interview with future colleagues (60 minutes)
  4. Final Talk (45 minutes)
