Field Service Engineer

During a practical induction period, you will get to know the organization and its working methods. Then you will receive on-the-job training and eventually you will grow in your job, getting to know all our systems. Customers can come to us for their smart building systems: access control, camera surveillance, and fire and intrusion detection, but we also help our customers with network and AV solutions. As a service technician, your focus is to keep the installed systems operational. We work only with premium solutions, which are made for worry‑free operation. Your cooperation contributes greatly to the professionalism, success and growth of the team. You are a true ambassador of DNCS in close proximity to the customer. You will be responsible for:

• Interventions and minor modifications or expansions to existing facilities
• Preventive maintenance: focus on the longevity of our systems.
• IT aspects (backup, firmware upgrades, etc.) are also very important. We want to keep our existing systems in top condition for our customers.

Your profile

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, ICT or a similar field
• Broad technical interest
• Sense of responsibility.
• You are willing to obtain within the company a VCA certificate, aerial work platform certificate, driving license driving a trailer. If you already have this, that is obviously a plus.

• Work accurately according to work instructions
• Installation and configuration of our security solutions

Required

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, ICT or a similar field
• 5 years of relevant work experience
