As part of Customer Service Operations Mid Europe team, you will participate in delivering maintenance, upgrades, installation and issue resolution to our customers. The team stands for quality and performance, and with a growing business we are constantly developing our capabilities and operations to stay attractive and professional to our customers.
In this permanent position you will be employed in Glinde, Germany, and work within DACH region. As the area of application extends over Germany, partly Austria as well as Switzerland, your place of residency is independent, we accept applications from all over Germany (ideally focusing on its Central region). In this role you will travel approximately up to 80% of your time .
