What Does This Role Bring You

• Central point of contact for customers who need immediate on‑site technical assistance.
• Enable customers to remain operational at all times by following up on remote diagnosis and resolving it quickly.
• Opportunity to install, configure, maintain and repair high‑complexity machines.
• Contribute to maintenance activities to minimize the risk of machine failure.
• Identify the nature of complex issues and provide optimal solutions to customers.
• Continuously update yourself with the latest developments within the industry.

What Do You Need to Bring

• Experience as a HP Field Service Engineer or as an HP Indigo Operator on HP digital presses.
• Intermediate or higher vocational technical background covering both mechanics and electronics.
• Strong knowledge in electronics (including reading wiring diagrams), mechanics, PC’s, Windows software, basic networking and pneumatics/hydraulics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills (down to electronics component level).
• Fluency in both German and English, written and verbal.
• Experience with installation and breakdown of complex industrial products is a plus; a can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
