Field Services Engineer

Overview

Jenrick International is working closely with a global 3D Printing company to recruit an International Field Service Engineer. Based in Southwestern Germany, you will be travelling up to 4 days per week (including overnight stays). Approximately 90% of this travel will be within Germany and neighbouring countries such as Austria, France, Netherlands and Switzerland, with the remainder across EMEA. You will be installing, commissioning and maintaining 3D printers at customers’ sites. This will include problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain 3D printers at customers’ sites
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot issues
• Travel up to 4 days per week (including overnight stays), mainly within Germany and nearby countries

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or state-certified qualification in a relevant subject
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical machinery
• Professional English language skills (written and spoken)
• Full driving licence & passport; ability to stay overnight when required

Additional requirements

• Willingness to work in a field-based role; applications from field service engineers, technicians, or those transitioning into a field-based role are welcomed
