Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support key business goals set by IT management
• Provide hardware and software support remotely and onsite
• Log all activities in the ITSM tool
• Keep users updated on their requests
• Collaborate with a remote team and third parties
• Identify and address security and compliance issues
• Follow and create necessary documentation and procedures
• Ensure system backups and monitor for failures
• Stay updated with current technology through training and research
• Understand how IT supports business operations.
