Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support key business goals set by IT management
- Provide hardware and software support remotely and onsite
- Log all activities in the ITSM tool
- Keep users updated on their requests
- Collaborate with a remote team and third parties
- Identify and address security and compliance issues
- Follow and create necessary documentation and procedures
- Ensure system backups and monitor for failures
- Stay updated with current technology through training and research
- Understand how IT supports business operations.

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
- Good decision-making and organizational skills
- Flexible, calm, and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Can lead projects and work well in a team
- Supportive team player
- Willing to obtain relevant qualifications

- Able to travel as needed, including emergencies
- Holds a valid driving license
