Field Support Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

Support key business goals set by IT management
Provide hardware and software support remotely and onsite
Log all activities in the ITSM tool
Keep users updated on their requests
Collaborate with a remote team and third parties
Identify and address security and compliance issues
Follow and create necessary documentation and procedures
Ensure system backups and monitor for failures
Stay updated with current technology through training and research
Understand how IT supports business operations.
