Field Team Lead - Network Installations

Join the Field Team Lead - Network Installations role at Deltia

Build and lead the installation team, organized into field crews, engineers, IT, and logistics. Oversee customer site deployments end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and at high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the installation team
• Oversee customer site deployments end-to-end
• Coordinate closely with the installation PM on customer communication, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Supervise infrastructure engineers on provisioning, system configuration, and monitoring
• Align procurement and logistics to guarantee smooth project execution
• Mentor and train technicians, enforce safety and quality standards, and act as the escalation point for technical issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years in hardware/network installations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure
• Hands-on troubleshooting and scripting skills (Linux/Bash or similar)
• Experienced in customer-facing delivery and project coordination
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Willing to travel regularly, with a valid driver’s license and ability to support hands-on work when needed
