We are looking for a 'Finance and Operations Specialist' to strengthen our team in the Munich office.

About Speedgoat

Speedgoat develops and distributes test systems for developing and testing control systems, such as those in electric vehicles and aircraft.

Areas of responsibility

You will assume operational responsibility in the areas listed below and work closely with our customers, business partners, and Speedgoat's international order processing and accounting teams located in the Swiss headquarters.

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice verification.
• Account assignment and posting of accounts receivable, as well as the dunning process.
• Inter-company invoicing.
• Support with the annual financial statements.

Operations

• Maintain customer service levels by timely order processing and invoicing.
• Manage maintenance renewal sales process for customers in Germany.
• Process import and export formalities.
• Individual office management, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
• Assist with Health and Safety-related topics and maintain relevant records.
• Complete basic supplier forms and provide administrative support related to supplier processes for our customers.

Profile

• Completed commercial training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to take on responsibility.
• Communicative personality, high demands on the quality of your work.
• Experience in financial and management accounting.
• Excellent skills in German and English communication. Further language skills are an advantage.
• Good IT skills (MS365, MS Teams, ERP, and CRM systems).
