We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to manage the day‑to‑day bookkeeping, controlling, and reporting for the company. If you are a detail‑oriented, entrepreneurial thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparatory and closing bookkeeping tasks, including cashbook management and account reconciliations.
• Manage the invoice cycle (accounts receivable and payable) and maintain the payment system for the units.
• Support budget, forecast, and liquidity planning.
• Prepare management reports and lead the development of commercial processes and systems as a project manager.
• Administratively support up to three group locations and serve as the primary contact for the respective managers.
• Coordinate external service providers.

Qualifications

• Branch‑specific education or a commercial degree successfully completed.
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting.
• Solid knowledge of internal accounting, financial bookkeeping, financial reporting, controlling, and warehouse management.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and quantitative mindset.
• Self‑reliant, meticulous, detail‑oriented, and committed to confidentiality and loyalty.
• Experience with bookkeeping systems, excellent Excel skills, digital fluency, and fluent German (C2) and English (C1).
