Finance ERP Consultant – Business Central 365 | GERMAN SPEAKING

Location: Germany (flexible, some home office possible)

About the role: A leading Microsoft Partner is expanding its team and looking for a Finance ERP Consultant with strong Business Central experience. This is a chance to work in a professional, people-focused environment where innovation, quality, and work-life balance are equally valued.

Your responsibilities

Implement finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central projects
Conduct finance workshops and process analyses with customers
Document requirements, create specifications, and define development tasks
Train end users and deliver user guides/manuals
Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation advice
Collaborate with support teams (2nd/3rd level) and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Your profile

Experience in financial accounting (BWAs, P&L, year-end closings)
Knowledge of cost accounting (KORE) and asset accounting (ANBU) is a plus
Experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC environment preferred
Strong understanding of customer-specific business processes
Responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and proactive working style
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
Good communication skills, customer orientation, and team spirit
Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
