About the Role

One of our clients is hiring an experienced Finance Associate to collaborate with a leading AI research lab on a groundbreaking project. In this role, you’ll apply your real-world financial expertise to help design, test, and refine AI systems that simulate wealth management, retirement planning, and investment advisory workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and client relevance.
• Calibrate investment and retirement planning models for financial soundness and suitability.
• Simulate and audit workflows such as asset allocation, risk profiling, and income planning.
• Review and refine AI-produced reports, recommendations, and financial strategies.

Qualifications / Skills Required

2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Strong understanding of retirement, estate, and investment planning principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interpreting and explaining financial strategies.
