Finance Manager (Accounting) – Up to €110,000

Your Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of 4 accounting professionals
- Oversee all financial accounting processes: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, General Ledger
- Treasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting
- Manage the financial aspects of payroll processes
- Ensure timely and accurate Month‑, Quarter‑, and Year‑End closings (US GAAP & HGB)
- Coordinate statutory fiscal year‑end closing
- Manage internal and external Audits
- Act as a business partner to senior management in Germany, Israel, and the US
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Drive process optimisation and implement new financial procedures
- Support cross‑functional projects and act as key contact for tax consultants and auditors
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of finance experience in an international environment (semiconductor industry a plus)
- 3+ years of managerial experience in finance teams
- University degree in Finance, Tax, Auditing, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and prioritisation skills with a commitment to deadlines
- Shown leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Process improvement mentality and multitasking capability
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
