You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance on German GAAP, tax, and financial performance, helping us drive smarter decisions and shape the future of our business.

What you’ll do

• Support accurate financial reporting under German GAAP and local tax regulations
• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to senior leaders across the business
• Drive budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis – and spot opportunities for improvement
• Ensure tax compliance and manage external relationships with advisors and authorities
• Collaborate across functions to enhance financial performance
• Lead or support internal audits, risk initiatives, and ad-hoc financial projects
• Present insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence

Qualifications

• Native level German is a must (written and spoken)
• Recognised qualification in accounting and/or tax (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter*in IHK, Steuerberater*in, or equivalent)
• Solid background in finance, with strong expertise in German GAAP and tax regulations
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
• Ideally industry experience in manufacturing or life sciences/pharma
• Strong presence and gravitas – a trusted partner to leadership
